Canal house museum

Located in the golden bend of the Herengracht, the museum Willet-Holthuysen paints a rich portrait of high-society life in the a800s in Amsterdam. One of the few museums in Amsterdam solely dedicated to the everyday lives of its inhabitants, the Willet-Holthuysen follows the posh couple Louisa Holthuysen and Abraham Willet, the house’s final residents.
